Our Custom Coroplast signs are printed in our Toronto facility. We print in full colour on corrugated plastic sheets that are 4mm thickness. Choose different thickness from 4mm to 6mm,8mm thick to fit any application. Print single sided or double sided and add grommets for hanging or attaching to surfaces.
Signs are printed using the latest technology by printing direct to material, on our Agfa Flatbed Printer to ensure your signs are cost effective and the highest quality. Coroplast is wipeable, waterproof and great for outdoor application or indoor.

Coroplast Sign F.A.Q.
What is Coroplast?
Coroplast is a waterproof substrate that is made of plastic. It resembles corrugated cardboard as it has flutes in the middle , sandwiched between two smooth plastic sheets. Coroplast is light weight and can be used for many applications.
Can coroplast signs be used outdoors?
Coroplast signs are perfect for the outdoors. The corrugated plastic makes it weather-resistant (resistant to hot and cold weathers.)
How long do coroplast signs last?
Coroplast signs can last 1-3 years or longer, depending on how much sun exposure they are getting. When used indoors, coroplast signs will last indefinitely.
How do I know what thickness to choose for my coroplast sign?
4mm is the recommend and most popular choice. We suggest going thicker for real estate signs or signage that will be outdoor for years or need something more rigid.
Can I print double-sided?
Yes you can choose to print single or double sided
What are Grommets?
Grommets are made of brass and are holes that can be put in the corners of the sign for hanging purposes or attaching to surfaces.
Can I get next day service for my coroplast sign order?
Yes orders ordered before 1pm can get next day service you can also email us info@mrsigns.ca to confirm or to alert us of order.
